Learn about the unique qualities of each one while you savour the flavour.
“Champagne… One of the elegant extras in life” – Charles Dickens
Amanda Reboul was a finalist in the Professional Division of the prestigious Vin de Champagne Awards in Australia in 2014. While living in France for many years, Amanda developed an interest in wine and champagne, enhanced by regular visits to winemakers in the Loire Valley, Burgundy, the Rhône Valley, Languedoc-Roussillon, and Champagne (for which she has a particular passion). She was inducted as a “Chevalier-Sabreur” (sabering knight) with the Confrerie du Sabre d’Or. In 2016, Amanda established Australia’s first Champagne Festival – Effervescence – to provide an authentic Champagne experience to champagne enthusiasts.
