Experience the Sensation of Perfectly Matched Beer and Cheese
Become a beer expert as Vincent de Soyres from Frenchies Brewery walks you through their history as well as how their beers are made. You will then discover the secrets of how to pair beers and cheese with cheese expert, Peter Gross from Black Pearl Epicure.
This year participants will enjoy their cheeses with baguettes generously supplied by Chouquette, an authentic french bakery and patisserie specialising in pastries, cakes, artisan breads, sweet breads and savoury items located in New Farm.
Vincent de Soyres grew up in Paris. He’s now the co-owner and head brewer of Frenchies Bistro and Brewery in Rosebery, Sydney.
