Please note:

- All 3x3 marquees include: 3mx3m tent with 4 sides*, and 1 sign with your organisation’s name**.
- All 6x3 marquees include: 6mx3m tent with 4 sides*, and 1 sign with your organisation’s name**.
- All Artist & Artisan Space (4sqm) will be located in a common space and will be provided with one table, one chair and one tablecloth only, so any other requirements should be noted, or self-provided.
- Food trucks may be allowed based on space availability, so ensure you clearly indicate your extra requirements.
* 4th side provided, to be used to close stall at night
** Lighting will only be provided to exhibitors remaining open after daylight.

NOTE: Your allocated space comprises ONLY your assigned stall; should you require any additional space at the back, please ensure you request it (not available for Artist & Artisan Space or NFP Associations).
This especially applies to and is mandatory for any exhibitor requiring a cold room(s). Any other equipment will need to fit into this additional space.
