Lucie has established a passion for the hospitality industry from a young age. She took her first position as a junior sommelier at “Le Gavroche” working with Michel Roux. Throughout that time, she worked in a 2 Michelin star restaurant where she handled some of the best bottles in the world on a daily basis. While working as a sommelier for a fine dining restaurant in a 5-star resort, Lucie gained a wealth of knowledge of New World Wines and the standards of service for the leading hotels of the world. Eager to learn more about those wines, Lucie came to Australia and has had several experiences that have led to new endeavours in Brisbane.
