An update on French pensions, taxes, and social welfare for French people in Australia
If you want to learn more about the world of taxes and pension in a French context, you have come to the right place.
This presentation will be delivered entirely in French, and is for all the ‘français’ with questions regarding French pensions, how taxes work, and social welfare specifically for French citizens currently in Australia. Marie Morin Feyssac, secretary of the UFE Brisbane, will discuss the main regulations associated with pension rights in French systems, while also providing practical information on how to navigate retirement, and recent updates in these systems and processes.

Marie Morin Feyssac
Marie holds a Master’s degree in notarial, property, and heritage law. From 2011 to 2014, she worked as a Public Lawyer in France. Since late 2014, she has been living in Brisbane with her Australian husband and their two children. She continues to work in law and is now a lawyer at the Queensland Bar.
Marie will outline the primary regulations associated with retirement rights in French systems, provide practical information, and discuss recent updates.
Marie est titulaire d’un Master en droit notarial, immobilier et du patrimoine, elle a exercé la profession de Notaire Salarié en France de 2011 à 2014. Marie est depuis fin 2014 installée à Brisbane avec son mari Australien et ses deux enfants. Elle continue sa vocation pour le droit et est maintenant avocate au barreau du Queensland.
Marie détaillera les principales règles liées aux droits à la retraite dans les régimes français, les infos pratiques et les récents changements.
