Dr. Cedric Robillot is the Executive Director of the Reef Restoration and Adaptation Program (RRAP). Previously he was the Director of Reef Trust Partnership (2018-2020) and the eReefs Project Director (2014-2020), two strategic programs led by the Great Barrier Reef Foundation.

As Managing Director for HeadStart Development Pty Ltd, Cedric has been providing since 2013 strategic advisory and program management services in research, asset management and infrastructure planning. He was until 2012 Executive Manager for Seqwater (Queensland Bulk Water Supply Authority) in charge of the Western Corridor Recycled Water Scheme and Gold Coast Desalination Plant ($3.5 billion asset portfolio).

Prior to joining the water industry, Cedric worked for 10 years in the biomedical field, co-founding the biotechnology company Cleveland Biosensors where he provided technology leadership in the development of proprietary diagnostic platforms and conducted business development activities in a range of countries across Europe and in the USA. He holds a PhD in Environmental Toxicology from the National Museum of Natural History in Paris, an Engineering Degree from the Paris School of Physics and Chemistry (ESPCI) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
