Griffith’s Queensland Conservatorium French Opera
Griffith’s Queensland Conservatorium is one of Australia’s leading music schools, preparing graduates for the challenges and rewards of professional careers. Le Festival is delighted to showcase the talented Opera Students from Griffith’s Queensland Conservatorium. The Opera Singers will be performing a repertoire of French Opera including Ah! lève-toi soleil from Roméo et Juliette, The Flower Duet from Lakmé and Au Fond Du Temple Saint from Les pêcheurs de perles.

French Opera Double Bill in September
In September, the Queensland Conservatorium is presenting a double of French one-act operas, including Maurice Ravel’s fantasy L’enfant et les sortilèges and Debussy’s L’enfant prodigue.
