The Canard-Duchene Main Bar is placed next to “La Sandwicherie”, which will provide you with a great selection of French sandwiches as well as plates of cheeses and saucissons – the perfect accompaniment to the fine taste of your beverage of choice!

RACLETTE – FONDUE – CHEESE

Frencheese is the first street food business serving the raclette dish Australia. You can find them at food and music festivals, markets, and in pop-up stalls.

Raclette is a semi-hard Swiss cheese made from Alpine cow milk. The dish, raclette, so named because the 'raclette' cheese is the main ingredient, is indigenous to parts of Switzerland and also popular in the French region of Savoie. The raclette cheese round is heated, then scraped onto diners plates. It is usually served with small firm potatoes, gherkins (cornichons), pickled onions, and dried meat (salami, jambon cru), and herbal tea or white wine to drink.
Fondue and cheese is also on offer along with the raclette at several events, and catering is available around Melbourne.
