La Bastide is a Sydney-based artisanal charcuterie company founded in 2009 by former French executive chef Jean-Marc Amar. Drawing on his Languedoc roots, Jean-Marc crafts traditional French-style saucisson using free-range pork from New South Wales. La Bastide has earned international accolades, including 2023 Mondial du Saucisson Gold and Platinum awards.
