Danny’s Artisan Bakery began as Danny’s Bread in 2015 in Teneriffe, born from a passion for traditional sourdough. As the love for our loaves grew, so did the need for a space that could bring even more to the table. That dream came to life in Fortitude Valley, where Danny’s Artisan Bakery now offers a wider range of handcrafted goods – from classic French-style viennoiseries and sourdough to custom cakes and biscuits — all made using traditional methods and locally sourced ingredients.
Today, we’re proud to be a cherished part of the Brisbane community and a trusted supplier for cafés, restaurants, and Harris Farm Markets in West End and Clayfield.
